The hotel’s location was spot‑on for us – just a stone’s throw from the airport, which was the main reason we chose it.

The room was huge, fully equipped and super comfy. The bathroom worked perfectly, everything was clean and functional. Overall a very pleasant stay.
The lift was out of order, so I had to lug my suitcases up to the second floor myself. The hotel sits in an industrial zone, so trucks roar from early morning and you have to pay a gate fee at the security booth. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, which forced me to move to a downtown hotel.
“Asqueroso”
I traveled from Medellín expecting to check in, only to find the hotel completely closed and no staff on site. There was no public service at all, so the whole trip was wasted.
“No había agua caliente y hay que pagar para entrar en la recepción del hotel Y mucho ruido”
There was no hot water, and you actually have to pay just to get into the reception area. On top of that the place was noisy all the time. Not what I expected.
We got there at 11 pm after a mix‑up with our booking, and the 24‑hour front desk clerk, despite the language barrier, managed to sort it out. The building sits in a food‑logistics district, so the surroundings are pretty bland and the controlled entrance makes getting in and out a hassle. Still, if you just need a few hours of sleep before a flight, it does the job.
