This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Hyland, and it’s close to all my friends and family as well as everything else I might need; the owners are on the premises, so I feel like I’m with family, and the staff are very friendly; the rooms are always perfectly clean and look newly renovated, and I like that I can park right in front of my room door; I 100% recommend choosing The Hyland. The only thing, and it’s a small thing, is I wish there was an ice machine.

The Hyland Inn Brea is a great motel for stays in the area; it's no frills, but nicely renovated and clean, and all the amenities work well; the check-in/check-out experience is easy, and the staff (owner?) is friendly and efficient. A minor issue: the windows just have a blackout curtain, but no sheer curtains, so you have to use the blackouts (and lights) even when it's light outside.
