The spot sits near the main attractions, but I feel compelled to warn anyone traveling here: although the on‑site manager stayed with me while I was ill, the whole experience was a complete management disaster aimed at milking me during my emergency. When I suffered a heatstroke with a 39 °C fever, they didn’t give me any basic help for hours – no fruit or ORS even though a pharmacy was only a 7‑minute scooter ride away and they owned a motorbike. Instead they set up a video call with a “doctor” who prescribed antibiotics and Nimesulide, which is dangerous for heatstroke. Even the scant food they offered was overpriced, and the manager kept the change, clearly trying to profit from my vulnerability. The rooms were dirty, old and not worth the 8,800 INR charge, and the location felt isolated, far from any shops or services; food was unreliable, which is risky when you’re sick. I had prepaid for four nights but had to leave after two to go to the hospital, and they refused any refund, keeping all my money. When I needed a hospital and was too weak to walk, their representative charged me 3,000 INR for a taxi that should have cost about 600 INR; I protested loudly, but they stayed indifferent, caring only about the cash. After I left they tried to lie about the prices to dodge responsibility. This place is predatory – stay away for your own safety.
