“Gentilezza e vista incredibile!”

The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting the pyramids and offers a spectacular view; the staff from arrival to airport drop‑off met every need, even more. We received a free upgrade to a nice room overlooking the pyramids. The room was well furnished and equipped, and we slept well despite the usual city noise. Mahmoud was especially helpful, arranging and providing transportation. At the end of our stay he gave us some documents as a gift, making our trip to Giza/Cairo much easier and leaving us feeling in great hands. The hotel’s interiors seemed a bit dated and the bathroom in our room was particularly worn.

“J’ai fait deux jours et vraiment c’était bien”

I saw it on Booking and decided to go; it’s truly beautiful. The only issue was that Wi‑Fi didn’t work in my room, but everything else was perfect and the staff were very kind—thank you very much.

Mahmood was a fantastic and friendly host who helped us right from the airport, all the way to arranging tours with knowledgeable tour guides, dinners at local restaurants and driving us around. Pyramid views from our room and the rooftop were exceptional!. WiFi wasn't working on our first day but Mahmood kindly sorted this out for us on our second day

“Hotel muito bom, com vista para as pirâmides por um preço bom”

I appreciated how welcoming the owner and staff were, the cleanliness, and the room’s proximity to the pyramids, but the breakfast felt far from the international style I’m used to at other hotels; it should be more varied.
