The staff were very friendly, the place was spotless and right in the center. The room, however, had a strong cigarette smell that was hard to get rid of even with room fragrance.

This is my second time here and the hotel remains very clean; the beds are comfortable.

The staff were nice and helpful, but as a frequent traveler the breakfast was the worst part of my stay. Even though breakfast was included, they asked me to pay for basic items that should have been part of the meal. I refused and skipped breakfast, so my wife and I were the only ones in the dining room.

I’ve stayed here before, so I chose it again. It’s very nice, comfortable, clean, and well‑located. The staff are great, and I’ll return when I visit Adana next time. The kids loved their separate room, which was also good.

As a cost‑effective option in central Adana, the hotel works well. The staff were very polite and helpful with everything. Overall, everything was very nice.
