We were quite let down by our stay. No towels were supplied, and when we asked for them we received damp ones, which was unacceptable. There were no power outlets near the bed, so charging devices was a hassle. The room itself was tiny, lacking a chair or table. On top of that, the AC wasn’t working properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it fell short of expectations.

The owner was very helpful, giving me site suggestions and even riding me on a motorcycle to the bus station and picking the right one. The room is very nice.

I had a very pleasant stay at Seven Crest Resort during my visit to Anuradhapura. The rooms were tidy, clean, and well arranged with all necessary facilities. The environment is calm and relaxing. The place was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no WiFi in my room, no hot water, and it wasn’t located in downtown as advertised.
