I don’t know where to start… everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They helped organize transportation, tickets, and even pointed the way to Ensifer. Meals were made on request, with no time limits or other restrictions. The food was top‑level and the best quality. A jacuzzi was available. The cabin’s equipment (I call it an igloo) had no complaints. Very clean. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but that makes it quiet and in nature. Beautiful night sky. You can get there with a small fee on a colectivo to Villa Marcelo and then about 10 minutes on foot or just a taxi to the door. Taxi costs are also small. I highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing.

We had a fantastic stay! Royer was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly valued and like special guests. He even congratulated us on our birthday, sang a song, and made the celebration extra memorable. Every request was heard and handled. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its wonderful service.

“Brilliant, magical stay in the Sacred Valley”

The location is amazing and the staff, especially Royer, are fantastic—he’s been praised in many reviews. Nothing was too much trouble for him; he was knowledgeable and friendly, arranging a brilliant day out that included hiking, learning about pisco, chocolate, and local food. While there, you can walk to the hummingbird sanctuary for incredible views. Breakfast is delicious, made to order, and can be taken in your room or at the restaurant anytime. I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights, and it’s also ideal for a visit to Machu Picchu. The only downside is that the domes have skylights with no cover, letting daylight into the room at sunrise, so you’ll wake early; however, it also lets you gaze at the stars from your bed at night, which is lovely.
