Refund was prompt, but the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, the fire alarm was missing, and the manual lock on the door was broken; we did not remain.

“Goeie plek om Memphis te bezoeken.”

I stayed in a spacious and clean room with a nice bathroom, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Downtown Memphis, where prices are much higher than in West-Memphis. Even though I was in the first room next to the lobby, the Wi‑Fi signal was terrible, while the lobby had perfect reception; several guests complained, but nothing was fixed.
