The room and bathroom are modern and clean, and everything works as it should.
It's right in the heart of the city, so everything's within walking distance.
The staff are a well-oiled machine, working together seamlessly.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with plenty of options to suit every taste.

The breakfast was excellent, varied and with local flavour. A SPAR is a 5‑minute walk away, and there are several places where you can eat well and cheaply. The hotel itself isn’t very close to the centre. A construction site is nearby, so mornings can be noisy. The summer terrace offers a view of the construction site and the road. There is no bar, and at reception you can only buy soda and water.
The building is new and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are very kind. The location isn’t particularly central.
The king bed is huge and super comfy, and the room is spotlessly clean with modern decor. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The location is great. We left early in the morning and would have missed breakfast, but the hotel gave us packed boxes to take to the airport. Nothing negative.
“Muy buen lugar! Repetiria.”
I stayed at a great spot in Bishkek. The room was spotless, clean, super cozy and brand new. It isn’t in the city centre, but you can take a taxi to the centre for a super cheap fare of 1‑2 € with Yandex. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage while we went on different treks and that really helped the mountain experience. We used the laundry service, which was also great. Breakfast was very complete and varied for every taste. Overall, it’s a hotel where you feel comfortable all the time. The downside was that the breakfast staff were a bit disorganised; when you arrive there were no clean tables, no clean cups, and some plates were missing. It would be good to hire more people or organise better :)
It is a bit far from the city centre.
