We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was in a great location near a supermarket and Queen's Park Savannah. Our room was quiet and peaceful, and there's a travel agency right next to the reception that offers tours. The breakfast was also pretty good. We even got to have it on the day we arrived early, since we checked out early the next day. It was a nice touch.

We were initially disappointed with our stay at this hotel, but things took a turn for the better when we met the lovely receptionist who helped us with our room and gave us great recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, our first room had some major issues - the windows were low and looked out onto a wall and some technical equipment. It wasn't until we complained that we were given a better room, but even that had some wear and tear.

The hotel's service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made our stay enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, particularly in the corners and creases where dust and dirt tend to accumulate.

While everything about our stay was satisfactory, I couldn't help but feel that the breakfast options were a bit limited. A wider variety of choices would have been a nice touch, but overall, the hotel was a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel's friendly staff made up for the few issues we encountered. The beds were super comfy, but we had some unwanted visitors in the bathroom - ants were crawling around. We were also a bit miffed that the room wasn't stocked with toilet paper. To make matters worse, the noisy guests next door kept us up all night with their loud music and rowdy antics.
