The staff at this hotel were really great, very helpful and welcoming. However, I did find that some of them only spoke Bulgarian, which made things a bit tricky at times. Like, I had to ask for a translation of the dinner menu, but it was still a nice stay.

The hotel staff were really friendly and the food was excellent, with plenty to choose from. I didn't have any issues during my stay.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the wine here, but I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of my room - it was a bit of a letdown. The vibe was really nice, though, and the wine was great. Just wish they'd sorted out the hygiene issues.

Honestly, I was super disappointed with this hotel - it was just really bad. I don't even know where to start, it was just a horrible experience from start to finish.
