The staff were friendly and they picked us up from the airport after we called to arrange the shuttle. The room was huge for the four of us and the breakfast was good. We went back to the restaurant the next day because it had a wide menu with reasonable prices and we enjoyed local dishes. Extra pillows in the room would be handy. Note that Uber will not pick up from the hotel for some reason, so don’t waste time trying to book one like we did. Reception kindly booked us a local taxi who was great; they took us to Auschwitz museum and back.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, and a clean room. The hotel has a good restaurant. The staff were very polite and helpful.
