How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Modern and well‑situated. Room 802 fit me perfectly. Staff were always helpful. Breakfast was good and generally efficient, except on Sunday morning when the breakfast room was crowded and one coffee machine stopped working. Nothing else really [I booked well ahead and forgot to check nearer the time whether my booked rate was best value.]. The standard lamp had too many switches to make it work easily.

Holly at Reception is amazing—an absolute asset, so helpful and friendly, big thanks! The room was nice, spacious, and clean. I’ll be back very soon. The temperature was a bit cold, but they offered to bring a heater.

The place is well located, but the food felt like it was microwaved, and for the price it wasn’t great.

Friendly staff at check‑in and they were helpful with directions, and the breakfast was very good with a great variety of choices.
