The room was nice and clean, and the reception staff were quite friendly and helpful when I arrived. However, I was deeply disappointed by the service and the extra fees: AED 480 was charged for laundry on just three pairs of trousers and four shirts, which felt excessive, and I was also charged AED 40 more for breakfast than the price listed at reception, without any explanation at the time of payment. When I raised the issue, I was told to return the next morning to speak with the manager. I did so on time, but the manager never appeared, leaving me frustrated and let down. The high charges, lack of transparency, and failure to follow up reflect poor customer service; I expected fair pricing, clear communication, and a more professional resolution approach.

The location is excellent, and it will be even better once the surrounding construction work is finished. The directions to the entrance are lacking, especially for guests arriving from Abu Dhabi, but that is solely due to the construction site.

I had a great time staying at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek and added an extra night to my visit. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were amazing—reception welcomed me and I appreciated their hotel orientation idea. Room service was superb, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I had a great interaction with Yogesh and will definitely return soon with my family. There was nothing significant to complain about; my stay was excellent throughout.
