The area is right next to the Coliseum and the A metro stop that connects to many must-see spots. The room was cleaned every day and we didn’t experience any noise issues. The garden helped me unwind after long walking days. The beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but cozy. No complaints, everything was perfect.

The spot is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Manzoni Metro A and close to Rome’s main sights, plus restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, buses, and gelato shops. Our three‑bedroom room was roomy, had high ceilings and a balcony, and the place was spotless. Laura, the cleaner, was outstanding—polite, helpful, and professional. The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations, laughter, and snoring from neighboring rooms. The beds weren’t especially comfortable. Guests should note that personal items and cosmetics aren’t expected on the furniture, so ask about trays or storage. Tea isn’t supplied, only coffee.

The location is great, a short walk from Manzoni metro station, with a view of a garden at the back. There’s a shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, and kettle. The hosts were friendly and answered all questions. Noise from nearby rooms—walls are thin or poorly insulated—was noticeable.

At times there was no Wi‑Fi, causing communication issues with Booking‑Guesthouse. Messages weren’t forwarded. The air‑conditioning was weak, and water pressure in the bathroom was low.
