We were greeted very warmly, everything was spotless and nicer than the photos, we received an upgrade to a suite with the biggest and most comfortable bed on our tour, the breakfast was great with local and international dishes, parking was hassle‑free right outside the hotel, we’d stay again and highly recommend it – nothing was lacking.

The hotel is beautiful, located well, and the breakfast was tasty; the room was very comfortable with extra toiletries, everything was immaculate, and I would definitely recommend it. If you’re staying in Karshi, I’m not sure if it was my fault, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the room stayed a bit warm, otherwise everything was perfect.
