“Great Stay”

Clean,comfortable and staff was very courteous and accommodating. I would recommend . It is an older design bur my room was bug free and everything worked. If ownership has a maintenance issue ,they need to apply to certain aesthetics. For example my room had a functioning toilet ,however, it had a mis matched oversized lid over a push button tank flush valve . I was comfortable in every other way because the staff went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. Dont charge modern rates if you cannot match the value. I was informed that your weekly rate was $325. Far more updated area motels charge roughly that. In fact, the Stay lodge is 250/ week with a powerful market . Your staff is top notch and I thank them

It’s not far from the interstate and the staff were friendly, but the bed screeched every time I sat or lay down, and the next morning I woke up to see roaches scurrying off as I turned on the light. Also, the sign read Express Inn instead of Oyo, which caused confusion when I was trying to find the place.

The staff were friendly and you can park right at the entrance, the fridge works fine and the shampoo was decent, but it was sweltering inside; the tiny Midea window AC barely cooled the room, the blanket had someone else’s hair, the lower sheet was dusty and the top sheet had stray hairs, so I had to bring my own sheets and duvet, the bed was cramped for two, the shower head lacked a holder, the window didn’t block any light and tiny insects kept appearing.

We booked a smoking room with 2 beds and they rented it out to someone else. On our return trip we booked and had a confirmation and they rented our room out again

I booked through the app and the confirmation came through, but when I got to the front desk a young man, before even checking for my reservation, told me there were no vacancies in a very rude way. He made it clear he didn’t care about my booking. We ended up going to a small spot up the street instead. The staff were unprofessional.
