The place was amazing—tranquil and peaceful, making it the best vacation I’ve had. Staff like Femi, Ajay, Shibu, Kartik, and Allan were super helpful; Femi was especially sweet with my kids, and Ajay was lively and friendly. Abin and the head chef were also great. However, the hotel forgot to arrange transport for us and only sent one of their employees to get us a payment car, which didn’t match the car type I had requested upon return.

Amazing staff very helpful nothing was too much to ask , food was excellent quality ,all the team was excellent GM of the hotel was amazing and very Professional.Special shout out to chef Venu who went extra miles with our special dietary request . NA

The location was good. The property was not clean, and the food and property management left a lot to be desired.
