The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make our big birthday celebration special, but the air conditioning was noisy.

The staff were very attentive and eager to help, and the location was great. However, our room had a bad odor, probably from the air conditioning, so we were moved to a smaller room. Another issue was that a lot of water leaked from the shower box, so we had to dry a large portion of the bathroom floor. The bathroom lacked shelves or cabinets. VERY IMPORTANT: Without us even asking, the hotel staff contacted us and refunded 100% of the room cost we had experienced. I appreciate the hotel team’s attitude.

“Great time with excellent restaurants”

The location was great, the staff did everything they could, and the on‑site dining was excellent, but there was a drain smell in the room.
