“Struttura accogliente ben posizionata servizi ottimi”
The staff were welcoming, the place was spotless and all the services worked perfectly. Nothing to complain about.
“Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere in a wonderful setting and impressive panorama.”
The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, even the gala dinner was impressive. On hot summer days, it would have been nice to have air conditioning.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
“Soggiorno molto bello che ci ha soddisfatti totalmente”
The location was great, breakfast was excellent, dinner was top‑level, and the staff were always helpful—special thanks to Marco at reception and Davide in the lounge for their rare professionalism, politeness, kindness and attention. The wellness area was beautiful and the room was lovely and clean. The only thing I’d tweak is the mattresses and pillows: the first set felt too soft for my habit, the second set were too low and firm, but the bed was very spacious—just a personal preference. Overall, I give the hotel a full score.
The location was superb, the services were excellent, and the food was outstanding. No issues.
