The front‑desk staff were very pleasant, helpful, and professional; the beds were clean and we had plenty of fresh towels. I liked that breakfast was served, though I wished they offered boiled eggs. I was assigned a street‑side room as requested. However, no one seemed to check the room beforehand— the fridge was unplugged and had mold at the bottom, so they had to replace it; the microwave was unplugged; the cream and coffee were stale and hard to use. They also need to sweep and mop the bathroom before guests arrive and double‑check that all lights work.
