How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were thrilled by the clean and spacious property, the stunning view, and the convenience of having a parking spot right there. The owner treated us wonderfully, served us delicious cakes at breakfast, greeted us with a smile, and offered plenty of helpful tips.

The main attraction of this place is the superb view of Naples Bay. However, it sits on a busy road, causing late‑night and early‑morning noise. There is no air conditioning, the fan in the room didn’t work, and one bedside lamp was broken. The breakfast, though praised, lacked butter, jam, honey, cereals, and “baguette” bread. The price‑to‑quality ratio is not favorable under these circumstances.

The breakfast was great in a very clean, welcoming family‑run place. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was plentiful and good. Even though the building was newly renovated, the space feels stuffy and poorly lit because it’s converted from an old structure with many high, narrow windows that let in little light.

The host is pleasant and prepares a generous, personalized breakfast each day. The view is beautiful. The town is cozy and offers something for everyone. The only downside is that the beach is paid, but after a bit of searching we found free ones, which made the stay even more enjoyable and lovely.
