The hotel's location in the bustling downtown area was convenient, but the bathroom lacked a hook for towels, making it awkward to dry my hands after washing.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the large TV was easy to see, yet the desk was dim and would have benefited from brighter lighting for paperwork.

Being close to the station was a plus, but my reservation was confirmed at the last minute, which drove the price up; for that cost the front desk felt more like a basement manga café than a hotel reception, the walls showed tears, and the very low bed made the wall damage even more noticeable. Service seemed like an extension of the manga café’s private rooms, and I was struck by how much hotel rates have surged in Tokyo.
