“Disappointing due to the Television not working”
The hotel’s spot is great and we’ve stayed here several times. The TV in our room wasn’t working; a chap from reception came over but said he couldn’t fix it, so we had to go back to watch *Traitors*. He offered to change rooms, but that would have been finished by then. The TV should always be checked before guests arrive; it was a pain for us, and the hotel never apologized, which is poor. In our last stay, they charged us for a breakfast we didn’t have.
