How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The forest is very cute, but it’s tiny and you can’t walk because it’s a slope; you can only look at it, not walk. The cabin is 50 minutes from Zacatlán, the path is very rough and getting to the cabin is even worse. There’s no signage. The sheets and blankets are very rustic and not soft. The cabin has no heating and they don’t tell you to bring an electric heater.

The place is so cozy and the surroundings very quiet, with great views and food. The host’s quick response and attentiveness were top. A cabin for total relaxation and rest. The spiders – we’re right in their habitat, but maybe there’s a way to deter them without hurting them.

I really liked the cabin; it has a huge window overlooking the forest, all the necessary services, and the area is super quiet! We did get a few bugs, like spiders.

A rustic cabin on the forest edge, tastefully and creatively decorated. FANTASTIC view of the forest from the HUGE picture window. Walking distance from Valle de las Piedras Encimadas. The weather is kind of cool but that’s not the cabin’s fault.
