The hotel offers a high level of cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, with good organization that gives guests a real sense of privacy and reassurance. My advice to anyone seeking a peaceful, upscale stay is to book here; it deserves the recommendation. Everything about the hotel was superb, making for an outstanding stay in every respect and fully deserving of a five‑star rating; the immaculate cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail in both the rooms and public areas, combined with a prime location, tranquility and comfort, created a truly pleasant experience, and I especially want to thank Mr. Ziad Shams Al‑Din, the hotel manager, for his refined demeanor, personal concern for guests and evident commitment to delivering the highest service level, which reflects the professionalism of the management; my gratitude also goes to all the reception staff for their warm welcome, politeness, smiles, quick responses and cooperation, as well as to the valet employee for his courteous handling, swift service and attentiveness; many thanks to the entire hotel team for this remarkable experience, and I will unquestionably choose this hotel first for future visits and recommend it with full confidence—elegant service, exceptional cleanliness, excellent location, peace, comfort and a highly professional management that merits all appreciation.

Everything at the hotel is beautiful: the staff cooperate well, the manager Mr. Ziad Shams‑Eddin cares about guests, the rooms (suite with balcony) are clean, the restaurant has a lovely view, and requests are handled quickly. Nothing to add.
