“Jedynie żeby przenocować i mieć blisko na imprezy. Na dłuży pobyt - nie polecam.”

The location was a plus. It was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean. The beds were decent and comfortable. 1. On the second floor there was no hot water in the showers. 2. The rooms lacked chairs and a small table to sit at. 3. There was no kitchen. In the hallway a microwave stood. There was no mug or even a kettle to make tea or coffee. 4. The balcony window didn’t close, so it was very loud at night. 5. The air conditioning only worked in heating mode – it was broken. 6. The staff barely spoke English. 7. At the entrance we were told that alcohol was prohibited in the rooms.

The room is very spacious and clean, and there’s a nice little balcony overlooking calle de las huertas. The location is great, everything is easily reachable on foot. The bathrooms need fixing: one of three was out of order, another had no light. The girls’ bathroom only has a hair dryer that doesn’t work well.

“Meh”

The room for four was fine. The bathrooms and shower on the second floor were disappointing. The “24 h” reception was not true; you arrive and they’re not there, and they don’t respond quickly to calls.

The check‑out time was a hassle, but the worst part was the dirty sheets, cold shower water, a windowless room with a broken AC, and I wouldn't recommend sleeping there.
