“an ideal hotel stay”
The room and bathroom were huge and spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! The staff were exceptionally kind and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, surpassing every expectation. I loved everything—only wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good, and the room was clean. However, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a power outage for several hours that woke me up at 3:30 am when everything suddenly came back on—though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I had to turn off the air‑conditioning unit because it was a bit loud and the air was too cold.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located. The only downside was that the pool was unavailable because of repairs during my stay.

The location was just okay for what we needed, but the room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to show up. I’d called ahead for an early check‑in and when we finally spoke to someone we were told we might be able to check in early, but it wasn’t guaranteed and we ended up waiting.

The breakfast was superb both mornings. Well your receipt say 434.00 but hotel charged 538.24. Another issue was lost power at 830 pm and didn't have power toll 0409 am. Room was hot. Laundry room had front desk personal belongings taking up washer and the one dryer. Swim pool was out of operation. When power was out front desk person couldn't find a flash light and used her bicycle to ride up and down hall with it light. I feel that this hotel needed better personel
