The spot is right in the heart of Szklarska Poręba, which is great. I was told I’d arrive at 14:00 and would get two single beds. When I got there at 16:00, the room wasn’t ready, and the staff member with a disarming grin told me to wait until 17:00 because he had to clean it—he was playing solitaire on his computer at the same time. Inside, aside from fresh linens and towels, there were dirty glasses (with lipstick on them), a trash‑filled bin, a filthy toilet seat, and hair in the shower stall.

Great place to stay! The property is in the very center, which is a huge plus—everything is close, and it’s also easy to reach trails. The area is perfect for those who want to combine sightseeing with mountain hikes. Big thanks to the owner—kind, helpful, and very communicative. Definitely recommend and will gladly return! 😊
