“Esperienza orribile”
The experience was absolutely negative. The rooms were filthy, with barely any hygiene, dust in centimeters everywhere, stained walls, dirty shower and toilet, radiators full of dust, and the floor was so dirty it seemed never cleaned. The staff was completely absent and unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying here! I will upload photos of everything we found. Despite the problems present at check‑out, the staff gave me no response. I repeat: I strongly advise against staying here!
