The facilities and the service attitude were especially good. I wish the pool bar staff could be a bit more enthusiastic, though.

“总体来说体验很不好。首先通过预定窗口与酒店联系房间需求未得到酒店回复需要自己主动打电话过去。其次下午三点还是无法check in 入住。欢迎卡片也没写。客房打扫服务也是迟到来打扫。预约的泡泡浴也没有做。完全不符合瑰丽的服务标准”
