How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was superb, clean and nice. The room was well planned. The AC either made a lot of noise and cooled too much or was off, making it warm. I couldn’t turn it down. It blew air through the window, raising street noise and traffic sound. I couldn’t shut it off. A traditional AC would have been better.

The spot was perfect if you’re visiting NYC for Broadway shows, museums, and great restaurants. It was a 2‑3 minute walk to everything you could want to see! According to the photo, we were maybe 500 feet from the Richard Rodgers Theatre, a 3 minute walk to the Lyceum Theatre and MoMA. The room was perfect for our stay, but the photos mislead on size. The view was great and we had everything we needed, but it was definitely not as large as the picture made it appear.

The spot near Times Square couldn't be better! The all‑included breakfast actually surprised us in a positive way, especially for American standards. The staff were very friendly. We could use a bit more storage options.

The place was clean, but the 4 pm check‑in felt too late.

The location was top, and the staff were friendly. A building under construction opposite was making noise even at night, but that won’t last forever.
