The location is close to the Terme di Boario, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the memory pillows were a nice touch; the bathroom was small but had everything needed. The downside was that the room faced the main road, so you could hear cars and motorcycles even at night, which made sleep a bit disturbed.

The breakfasts were decent and plentiful, though nothing hot was offered; parking was free but a bit cramped, so I had to wait until the last spot opened up after a long day, and the lobby bar was nice. On the downside, there was no curtain in the bathtub, making showering problematic, and the elevator was terribly slow.

They need to replace the windows on all street‑side rooms because the noise is too loud when the windows are locked. The bed was a bit small for a 6‑foot‑tall person, so I only slept three or four hours. The group of maids was the loudest I’ve ever heard.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The single room was small and cramped compared to the promising, spacious lobby. The front‑desk and restaurant staff spoke only Italian in parts and were not very friendly, so the hotel didn’t feel welcoming.
