I appreciated how the staff members seemed to get along and could hear their laughter, but it was frustrating that management didn’t seem to care about guests who ultimately pay the bills; I stayed three nights and paid a lot, yet the room lacked even a single comfortable chair or a tiny desk, and the two queen beds filled a large room that had almost no natural light—the single small window and no ceiling light, plus only one working table lamp and a weak corner lamp that made reading impossible; I reported these issues to reception but no action was taken, which made me question how a professional hotel could care so little.

I had a great time on my family trip; the hotel was well maintained, very clean, and still felt new; I enjoyed a nice view from the pool, the area was quiet, and the location was very convenient, so I’ll definitely return if I get the chance.

They do have a nice selection of things, but I had to ask the lobby staff at 12:30 am to turn down the loud music coming from a speaker right next to my room. The website advertised free parking, yet I ended up paying. They also charged me for breakfast.
