“Rip off”
It wasn’t worth the $700 for a night. The AC was replaced with a new one, the room was ridiculously small, and the ocean view was only a 5‑ft area.

The room had a pleasant scent, was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were supposed to check in at 4 p.m., arrived at 3:25 p.m., and were told it would be ready by 4 p.m. with an app notification; after 15 minutes past 4 p.m. I had to go to the desk to find out it was actually ready.

The location and some staff were friendly, but the manager approached us while we were at the pool and told us we couldn’t sit in that section even though it wasn’t blocked off or marked as reserved, and then asked if we were staying at the hotel with an attitude.

The resort’s bedding was convenient and the room stayed tidy. However, there wasn’t much to do; the pool and lazy river were small, and the manager asked us to leave a common area while we were watching live music because we had our own cups.
