My stay at this hotel was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. From the moment I checked in at 4 pm, I was left feeling ignored and unattended by the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in providing any service. The hot spring water was freezing, and there was no hot water available in the room. To make matters worse, I was unable to contact the hotel staff, and the experience was so bad that I left after just one night, despite having booked for two.

I was pleased to find that the hotel had a great location and ample parking, which made it easy to get around. The owner, who I'll call "Uncle," was also very friendly and welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed with the view from my room on the third floor, which was partially obstructed by a power line and didn't offer the best view of Mount Fuji. Additionally, the bathroom was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there was room for improvement.

I'm afraid I have nothing but negative things to say about my stay at this hotel. The staff's response to my needs was completely inadequate, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite my best efforts to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was consistently let down by their lack of service. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Je ne recommande pas du tout”

I must admit that I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, situated right on a busy road. The staff seemed either absent or unfriendly, which made my experience even more unpleasant. The hotel itself looked old and worn out, which didn't exactly give me a warm and welcoming feeling.
