Everything was excellent. It would have been nicer if the hotel were pet‑friendly, perhaps dedicating a floor for guests with small pets. We always travel with our Maltese dog.

The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the location was good. I always felt safe as a solo traveler. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant on site; food has to be ordered from nearby restaurants outside.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but when we arrived we found a cockroach, and during our stay small cockroaches kept appearing in the toilet.
