When booking, the symbols suggested that breakfast was included (as was parking and Wi‑Fi), but after confirming the reservation, breakfast was listed as a separate item for almost 400 kr for two people, which was confusing.

Breakfast was quite good, yet the room was very worn: the floor creaked, the window wouldn’t stay open, the toilet was hard to flush, and the shower was full of limescale.

The hotel was nice, suitable for our trip, and it was great that we could bring our dogs; however, the information didn’t quite match the hotel. We chose early check‑in because it was possible and suited us best, but when we arrived we were told it wasn’t possible yet. We selected a junior suite because there was no info on which rooms allowed pets, and we were downgraded to a regular pet‑friendly room at the same price, which was fine initially, but at check‑out we had to pay an additional 600 kr.

Super. Too expensive for the standard. Breakfast not included. No kettle or other appliances in the room. The mattresses were old and soft.

The location and surroundings were good, and the breakfast was great. The room layout and bed were missing a drawer for the suitcase and a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. There was no TV remote manual, which felt odd. The way the key cards are stored in envelopes with codes in a mailbox made me feel unsafe.
