Did not have a TV in the room for 3 days The room had holes in the walls the bathroom was dirty and disgusting I didn't like anything about the room. Everything was 0 standard

The only good thing was the central location. When we arrived, the hotel looked abandoned from the outside—quite creepy after dark. Inside, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. My partner, child, and I booked a triple room (double bed and single bed). The door was broken with a large crack and had to be force‑locked, so it felt unsafe. All the drawers were broken and unsafe, especially with a child present. The bathroom and beds were dirty, with dead flies on the bathroom ledge, and the beds were very, very flat. We didn’t actually sleep there because it felt far too insecure to trust, especially with people arguing elsewhere in the building. When I mentioned my discomfort to the receptionist, they said we’d have to find another place, which luckily we already had since we knew we couldn’t stay. They promised a refund within 48 hours, but I’m still waiting and have received an email saying the refund was declined. Overall, it was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I didn’t stay because it was worse than a dog’s kennel, and I haven’t been refunded.

“House of horrors it is not a hotel”

Nothing at all. It was full of drug users and alcoholics coming and going; it felt like a disgusting hostel. Stay away from this place; it’s the worst of the worst.

Nothing good, the showers don’t work, the rooms aren’t clean, and the staff were nowhere to be found or helpful.
