The staff at this resort truly went above and beyond to make our family trip a memorable one. They were incredibly courteous and respectful, which made a huge difference, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents. The food was great, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Plus, being close to Delhi made it easy to plan our trip without too much hassle.

Unfortunately, our stay at this resort was marred by a few issues. The location is right on a busy road, which made it noisy and difficult to relax. The staff's English skills were basic, which made communication a challenge. We also had problems with the payment system, which didn't accept two of our credit cards, even though the nearby shops had no issues. To top it off, the menu was limited, with few vegan options and a lack of transparency about ingredients.

I was looking for a peaceful retreat just a short drive from Delhi, and Namaste Dwaar exceeded my expectations. The hotel's unique blend of modern and traditional architecture is truly impressive, and the team was more than happy to show us around and introduce us to all the activities they have on offer. From the game room to the meditation area, and even a tour of the surrounding fields, there's something for everyone.
