The staff were really friendly and offered us a refund since we weren't happy with the room - that's some good customer service. However, the room was a total letdown - it didn't look anything like the pictures. The mattress was ridiculously uncomfortable and the pillows were like flat rags. The shower kept falling out of its stand, even in the replacement room they gave us, and the whole place just felt like a dingy little box.

The bathroom was basically a mosquito haven - I swear, they were hiding in there waiting to pounce. To make matters worse, there was no soap and a leaky water pipe that kept dripping all night. The air conditioning was also super loud, didn't help with the overall vibe.
