The first room we were put in wreaked of cigarette smoke. But when I asked for a different room, I was given an upgrade with no problem. The pool could have been cleaner

The staff were fantastic and the on‑site bar was a nice touch, but the pool looked a bit murky, so we decided not to swim. Paying for parking was a real let‑down.

The front‑desk Cam was super helpful, but the place felt very rundown and old‑fashioned—the air conditioner was built into the wall. The room was far too small, and parking was terrible. Cleaning happened too late in the day, and the lobby was on the 3rd floor. In room 214 we had to ride two different elevators just to get to our room.
