The spot was perfect for visiting Borrego Desert State Park, and there were handy stores and restaurants nearby.

The room was tidy, clean, and roomy, with a working coffee machine and fridge that had free snacks and drinks; however, the chairs weren’t as comfy as padded ones, though they were easy to keep clean and sanitized.

The location was peaceful, just far enough from the businesses, making it feel like a lone desert escape where I could see rabbits in the field; everything in the room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were nice outdoor seating spots plus a separate game room with views. We visit almost every year and have stayed at several properties, so we’ll definitely return to the Borrego Springs Motel, and the price was excellent, well worth it.

The spot was quiet, the pool and grounds were nice, and I also enjoyed the fire pit. The room itself was good, but I wished there were a bench or a small dresser to store personal items.
