The room was fine.
“Trop bien !!!!!”
The reception and services were excellent, and there were no negatives.
The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless; the front‑desk staff were also very pleasant. The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk from the Duomo, with metro and tram stops nearby. A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, and the Wi‑Fi can be a bit spotty at times, taking a while to connect and sometimes dropping out.
The room was clean and the staff were courteous, but some bathroom accessories were a bit dated.
The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the décor is modern. More variety in the breakfast would be great.
