It was dirty, the door needed fixing, and it looked like someone had kicked it in.

Nothing about this accommodation appealed to me. After a long drive to Altus, OK, the hotel had no rooms available. The manager assigned us a substandard room where the floor collapsed near the sink, the ceiling bulged in spots, there was no ice or amenities, and the key card didn’t work. The neighbors in the adjoining room were disgusted and moved on. We were exhausted and the beds were just okay. This is the second time I’ve encountered poor or unavailable lodging in Altus, OK. I am requesting a refund for this stay.

Conveniently situated, the hotel offers smoking rooms and comfy seating, which I appreciated. However, depending on the room setup, some days lacked a top sheet between the blanket and you, and the bathroom could have been swept more thoroughly.
