“Older motel, mostly as expected”
The two‑double‑bed room was very large and the bathroom was also spacious; the air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was humble but delicious. However, the hot water from the in‑room dispenser tasted funny, the shower leaked water out of the door onto the bathroom floor, and one cup in the bathroom looked visibly dirty. There was hair on the floor in both the room and bathroom, giving the impression it wasn’t super clean. All the lights in our room turned on three times during the night while we slept (10:40 pm, 12:10 am, and 2:36 am); we guessed this might be due to the keycard in its slot (which powers the room’s electricity) not making proper contact, so it thought we were turning on the lights intermittently.
