How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly, but the room had loose floor tiles, cracks, and damage. There were cockroaches, the air‑conditioner leaked inside, and the sheets never changed.

Close to Mang Inasal and other conveniences, yet the stairs were the only way up—no lift or elevator. The property shows signs of neglect: loose tiles, a leaky sink, a toilet that takes ages to refill its cistern, outdated furnishings, and very basic facilities. They charge 10 pesos for a cup of hot water, and toilet paper is rationed with an extra fee for more.

The location was convenient for me, and there were no problems.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's affordability, but unfortunately, I had to navigate a set of stairs to get to my room, which wasn't ideal for me.

The hotel's willingness to accommodate our early arrival was greatly appreciated, allowing us to settle in and start our vacation on a positive note.
