Even though renovations are underway, the room we were given was not finished. The bed was hastily made and the duvet was poorly fitted in the cover. The worst part was the dirty dishes at breakfast: several knives and forks were repeated for two mornings, as were sugar pots and small spoons. We stay at hotels regularly and have never seen this.

The structure is easily reachable; I checked in with the kiosk after hours, which was simple and intuitive. The rooms are welcoming, newly designed, quiet, well maintained, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is good and plentiful, everything appreciated.

The bathroom was separate with a closed shower, but the air conditioning barely worked, the breakfast dishes were dirty, and the staff seemed indifferent; the hotel was under renovation, a fact that wasn't mentioned when I booked.
