The hotel was really beautiful and well maintained; the staff were always friendly, kind, and helpful. My room was lovely, clean, and well organized, with many small touches I appreciated: block notes and a pencil, slippers, a kit with soaps and a bathrobe in the bathroom, plus tea bags and a kettle in the room. At check‑in we were told breakfast would be available until 11 am, but no one said that the extended hours were only for the day after the match. As a result, on the second day we arrived at 10 am, thinking we were still on time, but breakfast had already ended at 10 am. The staff, very kindly, offered us coffee and two remaining croissants, which we appreciated, but we were still very disappointed by the lack of clear communication about the correct time. A clearer explanation at check‑in would have made the experience better.
