How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I've stayed here many times before and it's usually been a decent experience. The location is convenient and the amenities are pretty standard. However, this time around I was stuck with a terrible shower in room 6, floor 602, which was basically unusable. Hopefully they'll get it fixed next time.

The room was surprisingly well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a great place to stay.

The only thing that let this place down was the state of the bed. It was clean everywhere else, but the bed had hair on it, which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I was expecting a lot more from the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is right in the center of town, which is a major plus. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end.

The new hotel has some nice touches, like the friendly and helpful security guard who carried my luggage up to my room and even drove me to the car. He's definitely one of the friendliest staff members I've ever met. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a different story altogether. They insisted on keeping my ID card, which is against the law, and demanded 500,000 VND in exchange. When I refused, they got pretty aggressive and even slammed my ID card on the counter.
